My Approach
Collaborative
In the same way that a rising tide lifts all ships, a choir of voices rings loudest. I’m here to listen with integrity and help breathe life into your project using ironclad storytelling tactics that have withstood the test of time. You pass the information to me, I pass it back to you, and together, we pass it along to others.
Scrappy
While ghostwriting TEDx Talks, I found myself in rooms with extraordinary people who wanted to understand my brand, process, and style. “I’m scrappy!”, I’d explain, but the agency’s CEO hated when I used that word. I was supposed to say “resourceful” and “creative problem solver” but that never fully communicated the grit in my teeth or fire under my feet. So, I’m scrappy. I’m good at building something out of nothing, day after day.
The Upswing
The good thing about being the product of a complex childhood is that it comes with a do-or-die ability to find glimmers of light in strange places. Or at least it did for me. Let’s leave this place a little bit nicer than we found it through exploring the elasticity of language and emotion.

What Clients are Saying
“Victoria's vast Performing Arts background is certainly well deserved. She has done some impressive things, not only for our organization, but her story as an artist and a creator is inspiring. During her time at the Boys and Girls Club, Victoria had to approach performing arts instruction from many different angles, and she always did a great job. I'm sure her career is going to reach fantastic heights!”
Joseph C., Former Executive Assistant to CEO, Boys and Girls Club Greater Conejo Valley
“Victoria cares deeply about the arts in our community – especially about the accessibility of arts education, regardless of family finances. To that end, Victoria works tirelessly to coach parents through our financial aid, sometimes in languages she does not actually speak! When a child’s arts education hangs in the balance, she bends over backwards. If the cultural unit were made up of a full staff of Victoria’s we’d already have taken over the world, with a smile!
Megan M., Managing Director and Producer,Young Artists Ensemble
“Project work with Victoria has always been a professional privilege, and opportunity to learn and grow myself. She is one of those rare professionals with a working style that is complementary of most others. I believe she rarely, if ever, uses the word, "impossible" - and instead says, "when do we start?"

Using pencils she found in the pews, five-year-old Victoria began her career as a writer by scribbling stories on donation envelopes as a form of escapism. She’s since spent the last 30 years in the world of media and live production, first as a child actor before finding her home behind the camera.
Victoria has produced over 100 high-budget projects for various Fortune 500 companies. She’s riddled with NDAs, though she will tell you those golden handcuffs dragged her everywhere from surgical centers in Amsterdam to dairy farms in Texas. Deep in the pockets of capitalism, one day Victoria decided she’d told enough stories about how the rich get richer on the backs of everyday people and turned her focus toward community.
For 10 years, Victoria worked for Parks and Rec in the same Center for Arts/Cultural Department that provided her with access to critical services as a child. Alongside the duties of her office job, she went from assisting directing plays to directing her own, then to writing and directing, eventually publishing several of these works through Dramatic Publishing.
Then came Boys and Girls Club, where she oversaw all arts programming and staff at 11 locations. Then through her work at BRITE, a nonprofit focused on promoting health and well-being through the arts, she morphed from middle school anti drug gameshow host to Creative Director. Soon, she led her team in building BRITE Media with their bare hands, contracting large-scale video and event production work through the County of Behavioral Health and Mental Health Services. Victoria is also on the Board of Directors for TRANScend Youth, a nonprofit dedicated to education, advocacy, and events for and by trans and queer adolescence.
Recently, Victoria spent a year ghostwriting TEDx talks, then began production as an Executive Producer and Director on DISCONNECTED, on a documentary on California’s digital divide slated for release in 2026.
Victoria’s portfolio also includes radio and broadcast television spots, short and feature length screenplays, copy for major brands, several obituaries, and champagne toasts for days. She’s traveled through the slam poetry circuit and has been featured on several storytelling podcasts, her favorite being “Radio Rental'' with Rainn Wilson. She’s currently working on her first memoir. You can follow her pathetic instagram account @vicosayeg.

Pricing is based on the project's scope and timeline. I’m not here to break banks. I’m here to break barriers between community’s access to quality media through fair, honest, and transparent pricing.
